Please complete the form below before clicking on the Add to Cart button. After clicking on Add to Cart you will be taken to the PayPal payment page.

The options on the PayPal page are:

  • Pay by logging into PayPal if you or your group has an account
  • Pay with a debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed)

After completing the required PayPal information and clicking on Pay Now, you will receive an e-mail from service@paypal.com / Subject: You sent a payment – this is your receipt.

2017 annual dues renewal is $50
New member annual dues are $50 (January 1 – December 31)

New members joining between July 1 and December 31 pay a total of $75.00
($25.00 for the balance of the calendar year and $50.00 for the entire following calendar year).
