Calling all APCUG member groups!
Do you keep your members informed and engaged with a regular e-bulletin? Here’s your chance to win recognition for your communication skills in the 2024 e-Bulletin Contest!

Who Can Enter
This contest is open to all active APCUG member groups.

Contest Dates
Entry Period: September 2 to September 27. Entries received after September 27 will not be considered.
Entries will receive an email acknowledgment.

The Prizes
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners: Each winning group will receive a certificate, prize, and the 2024 eBulletin Contest logo to display in future editions.
Winners will be announced at the Annual Meeting on November 9.

What We’re Looking For
Do you create informative and visually appealing e-bulletins using services like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or email? We want to see them! Great e-bulletins typically include:
General meeting announcements
SIG meeting details
Member updates
Latest technology news

How to Submit
Email two separate copies of your e-bulletin to ebulletincontest (at) apcug.org
Subject Line: eBulletin Contest – [Your Group Name] In the body of the Email, Include the eBulletin creator’s Name, email address, and dates of the eBulletins.

Judging Criteria
Your e-bulletin will be evaluated based on three key factors:
Relevance: Does it provide valuable and current information to your members?
Format: Is it well-organized and easy to navigate?
Appearance: Is it visually appealing and engaging?
