Brooke Thomas
President, Central Kentucky Computer Society
Brooke joined the Central Kentucky Computer Society in 2008 and became an instructor on Using Movie Maker. After serving on the Board of Directors, she became President in July 2012.
CKCS was created officially as a non-profit educational organization in 1984 with the stated purpose of “demystifying technology.” Brooke has continued the mission of the organization by organizing the monthly Tech Nights and teaching iPad and Facebook classes and assisting with various other classes. Her teaching philosophy is to simplify today’s technology to make it user-friendly and to make learning fun.
