Ann Knutson
Ann Knutson, Secretary & Instructor, Oklahoma City Computer Club
Ann has enjoyed teaching adults for almost 20 years. First as a software trainer for US Airways (now American Airlines) and since 2009 as a volunteer instructor at the SeniorNet Learning Center in Oklahoma City. She earned a bachelor degree from the University of Hawaii and a master’s degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh PA at the ripe old age of 51.
One of her favorite indoor hobbies in the heat of summer and cold of winter is to preserve vacations and family events in digital scrapbooks. In 2015, she and Bill James created a training course for creating photo books which won first place in the SeniorNet national curriculum contest.
Ann loves to travel with her recently retired husband and spend time with their four children and five grandchildren. She’s created scrapbooks on everything from her three-year-old grandson’s first soccer game to a two-week expedition to Antarctica and to a mission trip to Kenya.
